The second quarter of 2025 saw varied performance trends among the top food delivery apps on the Android platform in Nigeria. According to Sensor Tower, these insights provide a glimpse into the user engagement and download patterns across the region.

Chowdeck | Food Delivery experienced fluctuating download numbers, peaking at approximately 86K downloads in the last week of April. However, downloads tapered off towards the end of the quarter, closing with about 4.3K in the final week of June. Active users mostly hovered around 170K to 180K during the quarter, with minor fluctuations observed week by week.

Glovo: Food & Grocery Delivery maintained steady download numbers, ranging from 10K to 22K weekly, with an upward trend noticed towards the end of June. Active users showed a slight decline from 210K at the beginning of the quarter to about 199K by the end.

FoodCourt: Food Delivery+ had modest download figures, with a notable peak of over 6.6K downloads in late April. However, downloads dwindled significantly to just over 400 by the end of June.

MANO food & products delivery showed a consistent download trend with numbers generally under 2K, except for a brief spike in late April. The active users initially increased to about 17.5K in early April but settled around 7.8K by the end of the quarter.

Bolt Food: Delivery & Takeaway had relatively low download numbers, peaking at around 1.3K in late April. Active users fluctuated slightly, starting at approximately 6.1K and rising to 7.4K in late April before ending the quarter at around 5.9K.
